Johan is originally from Belgium but now calls Los Angeles home. His style is on the progressive breaks tip. His mix combines the best break trance specialists out there including Hybrid and the Distinctive crew. It's extremely well mixed and has enough melody to carry the mix past the high monotony factor that breakbeats carry by themselves in a mix. Overall the mix is well crafted like a DJ Icey mix with plenty of variety in the breakbeat styles. Johan should do quite well on Los Angeles deftly combining the city's two favorite styles-trance and breaks.
