Baltimore native DJ Who released his first record way back in 1993, the legendary "Attack of the Deep Dark Dubs" (Anyone remember that killer?). Since then he's never looked back. His latest "Evening In Bali" is a deep progressive wet dream. Mixing tracky underground house with the ultra-sheen of the trance favored by DJs like Sasha and Digweed, Who creates a sonic masterpiece guaranteed to move early evening crowds. Nothing too overpowering but not so subtle it puts you to sleep. Mike G's track on the b-side "Walking", however comes across like b-side filler and just doesn't have the oomph to make it memorable.
